Chop the apple pie filling if the pieces are too chunky.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Lay out a tortilla, spoon about 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling across the lower third.
Roll it up tightly like a burrito and set seam-side down.
Brush each roll with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
Place roll ups in the basket without touching, in batches if needed.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Let cool a few minutes before devouring!
