Air Fryer Apple Pie Roll Ups - Air Fryer Dessert Recipes Easy

You ever get hit with a dessert craving that just won’t quit—but you also don’t want to trash your kitchen or wait an hour for satisfaction? That’s where these air fryer apple pie roll ups slide in like the hero you didn’t know you needed. Sweet, crispy, warm, and full of cinnamon-kissed apple goodness, they’re dangerously easy to make. I make them when I’ve got leftover tortillas, or when I’m trying to avoid baking a whole pie at 9pm (which, let’s be honest, happens more than I’d like to admit). They taste like a cozy fall hug but work year-round. You toss ‘em in the air fryer, and boom—dessert, sorted. Kids love 'em. Grown-ups sneak extras. Everyone wins. This recipe hits that sweet spot between lazy and legendary. Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and not even a little fussy. You get all the nostalgic flavors of apple pie without the drama. If that’s not a kitchen win, I don’t know what is.
