Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and vanilla together.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples. Don’t overmix.
