Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • Water (as called for on gravy packet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Separate each biscuit and flatten slightly. Press into muffin cups.
  3. Layer roast beef and half a slice of provolone into each biscuit cup.
  4. Fold the dough edges over the top to seal.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic and onion powder.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare au jus gravy according to packet instructions.
  8. Serve biscuits warm with a side of au jus for dipping.
