Banana Dessert Recipes Banana Bread Blondies You’ll Want Again

Sometimes you bake something and it just disappears before it even cools. That’s what happens every time I make these banana bread blondies. They’ve got that deep, ripe banana flavor mixed into a soft, chewy bar that’s somewhere between cake and cookie. A little buttery, a little caramel-like, and very hard to stop eating. I first made these on a rainy afternoon when I had bananas going brown and a craving for something cozy. They turned out so good that I ended up eating two before I even thought about sharing. If you like the idea of a banana dessert that’s not your usual loaf, this is it. You get all the comfort of banana bread, only denser, sweeter, and perfect with coffee. These blondies are also surprisingly quick to make. Mash your bananas, stir everything together, bake, and you’re done. You could be eating one of these while sipping a banana smoothie recipe healthy or banana smoothie recipe easy, or planning your next banana pudding recipe easy, best banana pudding recipe homemade, or even a healthy banana pudding recipe. Heck, they’re so versatile you could crumble one over a banana smoothie bowl recipe and call it breakfast.
