Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain

  • 3 quarter cup milk dairy or dairy free
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings sliced banana granola coconut flakes pumpkin seeds

Instructions
