Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub them all over with olive oil.
Sprinkle your favorite seasoning blend on both sides of the chicken thighs.
Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet, smooth side up.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
