Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top. Add blue cheese if you’re feeling bold.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden around the edges.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve hot with chips, celery, or crackers. Try not to eat it straight from the dish (no judgment if you do).
