Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls, halved
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise into the beef and remove from heat.
  4. Place bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish. Evenly spread the beef mixture on top.
  5. Add cheese slices over the beef, then top with pickle slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Slice and serve warm!
