Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Stir in the cooked chicken, noodles, peas (if using), 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything’s cozy and coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Add cracker crumbs if you’re into that golden crunchy topping life.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden at the edges.
