- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. 
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. 
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 
- Lay out the tortillas. On each, add a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture. 
- Fold the tortillas into wraps (burrito-style works great). 
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a heated skillet or grill pan. Cook until golden brown on each side and cheese is melted. 
- Slice in half, sprinkle with parsley if you’re feeling fancy, and serve hot.
