Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Lay out the tortillas. On each, add a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture.
  6. Fold the tortillas into wraps (burrito-style works great).
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down on a heated skillet or grill pan. Cook until golden brown on each side and cheese is melted.
