Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned.
