  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
  4. Spread mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Add a layer of pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  6. Starting from one long side, carefully roll up the dough like a jelly roll and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Transfer the Stromboli to the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
  8. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
