Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the package instructions. Let it simmer until well combined.
Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 6 rectangles.
Spoon a portion of the taco meat onto each piece of dough and top with shredded cheese.
Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges to seal, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush each stick with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
