Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the insides to create room for the filling.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the hollowed bread halves.
Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crispy.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
