Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet along with cooked noodles.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
