Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
