Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups – Sweet Easy Recipes

These chocolate oatmeal peanut butter cups are my go-to fix when my sweet tooth taps me on the shoulder—usually right around 3 PM. They're rich, chewy, and peanut-buttery in the best possible way. And because they’re no-bake, I can skip turning on the oven (a win, especially in July when my kitchen turns into a sauna). I’ve made these for after-school snacks, movie nights, and once during a 10-minute craving meltdown when I absolutely needed chocolate and oats together. They hold their shape in the fridge and stay soft enough to bite right through—no fork, no problem. If you like treats that live somewhere between a candy bar and a granola bar, this one’s for you. This recipe checks all the boxes: quick and easy recipes, air fryer desserts easy recipes (yep, you could get creative with the base), homemade pretzels soft easy recipes (okay, maybe not pretzels—but the comfort factor’s similar), cheesey potatoes easy recipe (because we love comfort food, period), easy dessert recipes, and of course, easy recipes for dinner—because who said dessert can’t come first?
