In a large bowl, mix warm water, dry milk, and sugar. Sprinkle in the yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Stir in the salt, vegetable oil, and flour. Mix until dough starts to come together.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle (roughly 9x13 inches).
Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Use a pizza cutter to score breadstick lines.
Brush with melted butter. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil in a bowl.
Once baked, brush with more butter and sprinkle with the seasoning blend.
Slice along the scored lines and serve warm with marinara if you like dipping things like I do.
