Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch seasoning, cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles in the prepared baking dish.
