Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon until well mixed.
Spread a spoonful of the mixture on each chicken tender, covering the top.
In a shallow dish, mix crushed Ritz crackers with Parmesan cheese.
Press each tender (cheese-side down) into the cracker mixture to coat.
Place the tenders, coated side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
