  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning, and stir until combined and bubbly.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
