Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work best)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
  4. Add the pasta, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
