Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, bell peppers, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
Toss in the cooked pasta and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
