Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over it. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
