Pour the marinara sauce and water (or broth) over everything.

Stir gently to mix ingredients just enough.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
