In a large non-stick pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil.
Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil to the same pan, followed by the cooked rice.
Fry the rice for 2-3 minutes, then add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Mix in the scrambled eggs and chopped green onions. Stir-fry everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
Serve hot as a main or side dish.
