Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and heat through.
Remove garlic bread from oven, top each with a generous scoop of the meat mixture.
Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
