Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in a single layer. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Push chicken to one side of the pan. Drop in the butter and garlic.
Let the garlic sizzle for a few seconds, then stir it all together.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve while still sizzling.
