Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken bites, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and sauté until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Add cooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
Return chicken bites to the skillet, mix gently, and let everything heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
