Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
Reduce heat and add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss gently.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
