Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken thighs in the marinade until well coated. Let sit for 10–15 minutes if you have time.
Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the skin is crisp and the chicken is cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
If you want extra crispy skin, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—just watch it like a hawk.
