Garlic Knots That'll Melt in Your Mouth – Bread Easy Recipes Favorite

Ever pulled warm, garlicky knots straight out of the oven and thought, “Yep, this is dinner now”? Same. These garlic knots are soft and fluffy on the inside, with golden-brown edges and that signature buttery garlic coating that makes your kitchen smell like a cozy Italian bakery. They’re dangerously easy to make. You can start with store-bought dough or make your own—no judgment here. The real star is that garlic butter brushed on top, then again right after baking, just to make sure your tastebuds are fully blessed. Whether you're serving these alongside pasta, dunking them in marinara, or shamelessly eating five before dinner hits the table, these knots always disappear fast. So let’s roll, twist, and bake our way into carb heaven.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Cut into 12 equal strips.
  3. Take each strip, tie it into a knot (don’t overthink it—it’s bread), and place it on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
  5. Brush half of the garlic butter over the knots before baking.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush with the remaining garlic butter while hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  8. Try not to eat all of them before they cool (but we won't judge if you do).
