Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stir well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly and add a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese to the center.
Fold and pinch the dough to seal, shaping each into a ball.
Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, then brush over each dough ball.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
