Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Press each chop into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Maybe even take a photo first—you earned it.
