Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas (add in last hour)

Instructions

  1. Toss beef in flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high. Brown beef in batches for flavor.
  3. Add beef to crock pot. Pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir in paprika, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
