Toss beef in flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat a pan over medium-high. Brown beef in batches for flavor.
Add beef to crock pot. Pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in paprika, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
Add peas in the last hour of cooking. Stir well before serving.
