In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté the onion until soft.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Stir in garlic, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook for 3–5 minutes until veggies are just tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, water, and grated ginger.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir until everything is coated.
Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve over cooked rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
