Grill or pan-cook the chicken breasts until golden on the outside and fully cooked inside, then slice into strips.
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large salad bowl.
Add cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle with low carb Caesar dressing and toss until everything is coated.
Add low carb croutons if using, and finish with fresh ground black pepper.
Serve immediately while crisp and fresh.
