Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
  5. Add the cornstarch slurry and simmer until the sauce thickens.
