In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place it on the prepared sheet.
Brush the dough with melted butter mixed with garlic.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano evenly over the top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
