Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish.
Pour the honey BBQ mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece well.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce during cooking.
Once the skin is crispy and the internal temp hits 165°F (75°C), remove from the oven.
Let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if you like, and serve warm.
