In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Sauté until tender-crisp.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
Return sausage to the skillet, pour the sauce over everything, and stir to coat.
Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Serve hot.
