In a large pan over medium heat, warm up the olive oil and butter.
Toss in the sausage slices and cook until browned. Set them aside.
Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook until they just turn pink. Remove and set aside.
Drop the garlic into the pan and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and pepper flakes. Let it bubble for a minute.
Return the shrimp and sausage to the pan. Stir to coat everything in the glaze.
Steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender, then add to the pan.
Toss everything gently, taste for salt and pepper, and serve warm.
