Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the excess liquid.
  5. Grill chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Optional: squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice over the top for a final zing.
