Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some bacon grease in the skillet.
Add ground beef to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
Return the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef. Stir in Alfredo sauce, bacon (reserve some for topping), and 1 cup of cheese.
Mix everything well and cook on low until heated through.
Top with remaining cheese and reserved bacon. Cover until cheese melts.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
