Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne work great)
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let the sauce simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet. Let it soak up that dreamy sauce.
  8. Toss in the cooked pasta. Mix until everything’s beautifully coated.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Devour immediately!
