Stir in garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Prepare your bowls with a base of rice or quinoa. Top with the cooked beef.
Arrange cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives around the beef.
Sprinkle feta cheese over the top and drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
