Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
Set up three bowls: one with flour, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the eggs, and coat in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
Simmer sauce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
Serve chicken with creamy garlic sauce spooned on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
