Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with black pepper and garlic powder.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear the pork chops until browned on both sides.
