Add the beef chunks and halved baby potatoes into your slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
