Ingredients

  • 400g minced beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 500g spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
